A free home for grassroots arm wrestling

Find a club. Find a tournament. Run an event without the spreadsheet.

What it is

A world map of clubs. Event pages. Club ladders. Tournament software for organisers.

Why it exists

Most arm wrestling still runs on paper and group chats. A club in a small town should be as easy to find as a big one, and a first tournament should not take a month of admin.

Who built it

Layf, in South Africa. The first tournament on Armstrong was Best in the Bay on 10 October 2026, hosted by WellneZone Armwrestling: two tables, about 45 pullers and a livestream. What worked and what broke.

What it is not

Not a federation. Armstrong works alongside federations and never replaces one. Tools for federations are being designed with the people who run them.

What it costs

Clubs, events, club ladders and profiles are free. Running a tournament is free during Beta. Organiser access is by request.
