Already run on Armstrong. Best in the Bay, 10 October 2026: about 45 pullers, 2 tables, 23 classes and a livestream. How it went
Why get everyone on.
For you, the captain
- Get found. Your club shows on the map.
- Know your club. One roster, one noticeboard.
- Give people a reason to turn up. The ladder keeps them pulling.
For every member
- Climb the club ladder. Call out anyone 2 places above you.
- A profile that is yours. Record, style and skill card.
- Tournament alerts for events near you.
Pull for your place.
Beat the person above you to climb.
- The captain ranks the club once. A rough order is fine.
- Call out anyone up to 2 places above you.
- They have 14 days to pull or say no.
- Each pull is a best of five super match, ideally with a referee.
- Win and you take their place. They drop one. If 4 beats 2, the order is 1, 4, 2, 3.
- Top 10 on your club page. The 10th place is the gatekeeper.
- Titles from the order. Champion of each ladder, best junior and more.
Open to every club. Reach 5 members on Armstrong and the ladder unlocks. We email the captains the moment it does.

Quick answers.
Is it free?
Yes. The club page, invite link, noticeboard and ladder are free.
How many members do we need?
At least 5 on Armstrong. Under 5, the captain sees how many more. At 5, the captains get an email.
What is a skill card?
Club mates rate each other on 12 skills, like inside, hook and top roll. Anonymous. It shows once 3 have rated.
Do men and women pull for the same places?
No. Men and women have their own ladders, each with a right hand and a left hand.
What if we disagree on who won?
Either side reports it. The other has 3 days to confirm. If they disagree, a captain decides.
Is it a federation ranking?
No. It is your club's own ladder, for fun and training.
